| A Bo Diddley song that has been around for a long time (since the late 50's). It can be played as a laid back 12-bar shuffle or a more upbeat version that works with both electric and acoustic guitars as Eric Clapton has shown many times. Its a good one for learning and one that our band often uses for the sound check before we begin our performances. There are loads of versions. Delbert McClinton's version has a brass section, Lonnie Mack makes good use of slide guitar, the Blue Riders make good use of blues harp. |
